Engage in hands-on activities and raise your awareness on different health topics curated for you. From child health to ageing-related conditions and general health tips, there’s something for everyone. 

Stage programmes
Watch performances, participate in health and digital awareness talks and join in mass workout sessions at our stage programmes which will run from 11am to 5pm. Details on the stage programme schedule will be shared here soon.
