Caring for our community

Each year, we hold a EGH Chinese New Year (CNY) Lo-hei and Community Partners’ Engagement to bring together community partners from the healthcare and social service sectors, along with community organisations in our hospital’s vicinity. At this gathering, we connect and co-create solutions to meet the healthcare and social needs of the community.

We also work closely with our partners on door-to-door visits and to get to know our neighbours and better understand their healthcare needs, as well as on health-social events so that we can begin serving residents through healthcare education before our hospital opens in 2029-2030.
